Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Nova's Glow. Every lamp is handmade-to-order in small batches, so please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Made-to-Order Production
All Nova's Glow lamps are custom made-to-order. We do not hold inventory. The moment you place an order, your lamp enters our production queue and materials are allocated specifically to your build. Our process — sourcing raw resin, pouring layers, curing, sanding, and finishing — is done by hand, one piece at a time.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
Because each lamp is handmade, please allow 4–8 weeks from order date to delivery. This window includes:
- Production time: 3–6 weeks (pouring, curing, sanding, finishing, and final inspection)
- Shipping time: 1–2 weeks (once your lamp leaves our workshop)
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a tracking number via email as soon as your lamp ships.
Delays occasionally happen due to material sourcing, high demand around release windows (such as May 4th or new Star Wars film releases), or shipping carrier issues. We will always keep you informed. You're supporting a small independent shop, not a warehouse, and we appreciate your patience.
Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started. After the 12-hour window, or once production has started (whichever comes first), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, as materials have already been committed to your build.

Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item's weight. We ship via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size).
All orders ship from our workshop in the United States. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
Tracking Your Order
Once your lamp ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
If your tracking has not updated in more than 7 business days after you receive it, please email nitrosip714@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Nova's Glow is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors and around your property
- Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
- Filing a claim with the carrier
We will assist where we can, but refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered are not guaranteed.
Damaged in Transit
If your lamp arrives damaged, follow the damages process outlined in our Refund Policy. You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are not refundable.
International shipping times may be longer than the standard 1–2 week window due to customs processing. Please factor this in when ordering around specific dates (birthdays, holidays, release events).
